NO PARTYING and Rental Agreement Our cabin maintains a peaceful atmosphere and partying is strictly prohibited. The booking guest is required to sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in instructions can be provided. Charcoal for the grill is not provided. Community amenities are seasonal: Clubhouse opens March 15, pool opens May 15. During the summer, pool opens at 9 and closes at dusk. Pool usually stays open until end of September weather permitting. Located at Legacy Mountain Resort's hilltop, it's a 2-min drive/7-min walk from the cabin with parking. Pool is kids friendly, clean and professionally maintained, 4 ft deep in the center, 3 ft on each end. We provide a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry pods, and trash bags. For stays over three nights, consider bringing additional supplies. The roads leading up to the cabin at Legacy Mountain Resort are wide and well-maintained, no steep hill or tight turn. While the drive is uphill, it’s worth it for the spectacular views you’ll enjoy from the cabin. Parking: The space in front of the cabin comfortably accommodates up to 3 cars.
